Refund Policy

Kloud Technologies Limited follows a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy
  1. Processing Time - Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
  2. Post-Installation Refunds - Once installation is completed, customers are eligible to receive a refund of the security deposit (if applicable) only.
  3. Subscription Fee Refunds - Any unused or extra subscription fees stored in a customer’s account will also be refunded (if applicable)

Delivery Policy

  1. Kloud Technologies Limited will provide services to the subscriber within 3 days of confirmation.
  2. In case of any unexpected delay, the subscriber will be notified at the earliest possible time.

Cancellation Policy

A connection request may be cancelled under the following conditions:
  1. The customer relocates to an area outside Kloud’s coverage.
  2. The customer remains inactive for 1 month without renewal. In such cases, the connection will be cancelled, and the ONU device must be returned.
  3. The customer chooses to voluntarily cancel the connection.
