Position Overview

The GM / AGM / Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing) will lead nationwide sales initiatives, manage regional teams, and ensure consistent revenue growth across corporate and retail segments. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience in the ISP or telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement nationwide sales and marketing strategies for B2B and B2C growth.
• - Lead and supervise regional and zonal sales teams to achieve company revenue targets.
• - Identify and develop corporate partnerships, resellers, and distribution networks.
• - Drive retail subscriber growth through regional campaigns and local market engagement.
• - Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• - Coordinate with Operations, NOC, and Finance teams for service and billing compliance.
• - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare periodic sales reports.
• - Represent the company in tenders, client negotiations, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• - 5–10 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role ( GM / AGM /SM) within an ISP, telecom, or ICT company.
• - Proven success in nationwide or regional sales leadership.
• - Strong knowledge of corporate connectivity solutions and retail broadband markets.
• - Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• - Willingness to travel across Bangladesh.
