Nationwide ISP — Dhaka HQ with regular travel across Bangladesh

Responsibilities

• Implement nationwide sales and marketing strategy for B2B and B2C
• Lead regional and zonal sales teams toward targets
• Build partnerships, resellers, and distribution networks
• Coordinate with Operations, NOC, and Finance on billing and service delivery
• Market analysis, tenders, negotiations, and industry representation

Requirements

• About 5–10 years relevant experience including 2+ years in GM / AGM / senior sales leadership within ISP or telecom
• Corporate connectivity solutions and broadband market knowledge
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred); willingness to travel

• Maintain records and tender documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Law, or related field
• Typically 2–3 years dealing with government or semi-government tendering
• Strong English writing; Bangla is a benefit

Type: Full-time shift roster • Experience: 1–3 years (ISP preferred)

Salary band: 25,000 – 40,000 BDT (indicative)
